Whether you're managing unimproved land or full ranch, we provide expert maintenance and vendor oversight. From seasonal preparation to fencing and pasture checks, we help you protect and preserve your investment—no matter where you are.

Foundation Plan

For multi-acre properties or absentee owners who need full-time eyes on the land. From seasonal prep to vendor oversight and emergency response, this is our most comprehensive plan — designed to honor the responsibility of land ownership.

Best For: Owners of weekend-use or inherited land who visit occasionally but want someone keeping watch in between.

• Monthly perimeter walk or UTV ride-through (fences, gates, pasture)
• Monthly drone inspection
• Photo report with recommendations
• Storm and weather event checks
• Coordination for standard vendors (mowing, brush, septic, etc.)
• Gate check and trail access check

Pricing

• 3-month contract: $175/month
• 6-month contract: $166.25/month (5% discount)
• 12-month contract: $157.50/month (10% discount)

**Cancellation Policy: One-month fee applies if contract is ended early.
