At Texas Retreat and Land Resources, we take pride in delivering high-quality services to our members and clients. Because our services are custom-tailored and often scheduled in advance, we’ve created the following return and refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties.

1. Membership Services

Our memberships (3, 6, or 12-month plans) provide access to recurring home and land care services.

  • Cancellation & Refunds:
    Memberships are non-refundable once the first service has been rendered. If you wish to cancel your membership before your term ends, a cancellation fee equal to one month of service will apply.

  • Auto-Renewals:
    Memberships renew automatically for the same term unless canceled with at least 14 days’ notice before the renewal date.

  • Prepaid Memberships:
    Refunds for prepaid plans are not available after services have begun. For exceptional cases (e.g., property sale or relocation), please contact us to review eligibility for prorated refunds.

2. One-Time Services

  • Service Changes & Cancellations:
    One-time services may be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations:
    Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled service may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows or Access Issues:
    If our team is unable to access the property or complete the service due to client oversight, no refund will be issued.

3. Optional Add-On Services

  • Add-on services purchased as part of a membership or one-time booking follow the same refund and cancellation terms as outlined above.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any completed service, please notify us within 3 days of service completion. We will make every effort to address your concerns, which may include re-service or partial refund at our discretion.
