Our Land Stewardship services are designed to care for your rural land or ranch across Texas. Whether you're managing unimproved land or full ranch, we provide expert maintenance and vendor oversight. From seasonal preparation to fencing and pasture checks, we help you protect and preserve your investment—no matter where you are.

Field & Fence Plan

For active-use properties or owners managing wildlife, livestock, or land improvements. This package supports weekly or bi-weekly visits and vendor oversight for projects, grazing, and land care.

Best For: Recreational landowners, grazing lease managers, or anyone in the middle of a land project who can’t be onsite every week.

• Includes everything in the Foundational Plan, plus:
  • Twice per month perimeter walk or UTV ride-through (fences, gates, pasture)
  • Game camera and feeder check (if applicable)
  • Game feeder refill
  • Oversight of fence repairs or improvement projects
  • Light trash and debris removal
  • Remote video check-ins or call summaries
  • Coordination with surveyors, contractors, or field vendors
• Value-Added Services:
  • Monthly Pasture Patrol Reports
  • Seasonal Tips & Alerts (e.g. county burn bans)
  • Annual Property Review (insights & suggestions)

*Note: Additional services available at added cost.

Pricing

• 3-month contract: $475/month
• 6-month contract: $451.25/month (5% discount)
• 12-month contract: $427.50/month (10% discount)

**Cancellation Policy: One-month fee applies if contract is ended early.
