We serve weekend homeowners, absentee property owners, ranch owners, and Airbnb or short-term rental hosts across Texas, especially in Fayette County and nearby areas.
How do I get started?
Simply contact us or fill out the Free Property Assessment form. We'll discuss your needs, visit your property if needed, and customize a plan that fits.
What areas do you cover?

How much do your services cost?
Plans start at $175/month depending on the service level and property type. We offer customized pricing based on your needs. View our plan options here.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Our plans are month-to-month unless otherwise arranged. You can adjust or cancel at any time with 14 days' notice.
What is included in the Free Property Assessment?
We’ll walk your property, take photos, ask questions about your needs, and provide recommendations for care and setup—all with no obligation.
How often do you check on properties?
It depends on your plan. For Home Watch and Stewardship clients, we typically visit weekly or twice monthly. For concierge or on-demand services, we work around your schedule.
Do you manage contractors or repairs?
Yes. We coordinate with vetted local vendors and oversee work on your behalf. You’ll receive updates, photos, and confirmation that work is complete.
Can you help prepare for guests?
Absolutely. We handle cleaning, restocking, turning on utilities, making beds, and even welcome baskets if desired. Your guests will arrive to a five-star experience.
Do you offer emergency support?
Yes. For clients on qualifying plans, we offer emergency response and after-hours support for urgent issues like storm damage, break-ins, or outages.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. We also require insurance and bonding for any vendors we work with on your property.
Will I always have the same person managing my property?
We strive for consistency so you get to know and trust your assigned property steward. You’ll always have a dedicated point of contact.
How do I know tasks are completed?
You’ll receive reports and photos after each visit or service. For recurring tasks, we provide monthly summaries for transparency and peace of mind.
How do I pay for services?
We accept online payments via credit card, ACH, Venmo, PayPal, and more. Most clients are billed monthly through our secure system.
Can I gift a plan to a family member or friend?
Yes! Many clients gift a few months of service to loved ones as a housewarming or holiday surprise. Contact us and we’ll help you arrange it.
Do you offer one-time services?
We do. Whether you need a one-time check-in, storm cleanup, or guest prep, we’re happy to help. Contact us to schedule.
